this give you access to all our yoga classes for 30 consecutive days.
10 Classes pass - £100
valid for all classes we offer at Stronghold Academy including our martial arts classes.
5 Classes Pass - £50
valid for all classes we offer at Stronghold Academy including our martial arts classes.
Drop In £15/class
Hot Yoga class essentials
Yoga mat & towel - if you don't have a mat don't worry, we have mats you can borrow
Water bottle
Light clothing - temperature can go up to 40+ degrees
Change of clothes for after class
Please note our hot yoga classes are popular and they fill up fast so always remember to book your class before you arrive, booking needs to be done at least 1hrs before arrival.
If you cannot make the class you booked please cancel your booking to allow other members to book 🙂"
